What We Do

Johnson Waud was established in 1985 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants covering the United Kingdom. We provide advice in corporate property management, rent reviews, rating appeals, landlord and tenant matters, property acquisition and general professional services.

By being a small practice we are able to provide a level of personal service that the larger firms, by their nature, are unable to achieve.

We share offices and work closely with other chartered surveyors and operate rather like a barrister’s chambers. As a result, we have direct access to other property specialists who can give both formal and informal advice.
